Following the establishment of the enhanced quarantine for Luzon, Huawei has announced that through Huawei Customer Service, users will be able to enjoy an extended warranty period, access to support app, and personalized assistance.
Warranty Period Extension
For Customer whose Huawei device warranty expires during the period of March 15, 2020 (inclusive) to May 30, 2020 (inclusive), Huawei will extend the warranty of these devices until May 31st. Such an extension will cover Huawei mobile phone, PC, tablet, wearable, smart home and some other Huawei devices sold in the Philippines.
