With the Paladins Global Series already well on it’s way that the PGS will become a path to the first ever Paladins World Championship at the upcoming Hi-Rez Expo next year.
First and foremost, the Hi-Rez Expo is going to be held at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia this coming January 4-7th, 2018. The Hi-Rez Expo, or HRX is Hi-Rez‘s biggest annual event featuring the very best teams from around the globe competing against each other in not just Paladins but also in the SMITE World Championship.
Each region has been assigned a Phase that will qualify the Top 2-4 Teams for a World Championship Qualifier LAN. The Winners of these LAN match-ups will earn their spots on the World Championship stage in Atlanta in January 2018.
Qualifying out of Phase 2:
- CIS: The Top 2 teams will qualify to compete at a regional LAN at IgroMir Expo 2017 on September 28th – October 1st, 2017.
- SEA: The Top 2 teams will qualify to compete at ESGS 2017 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay, Philippines on October 27th-29th, 2017.
- OCE: The Top 4 teams will qualify to compete at PAX AUS 2017 in Melbourne, Victoria on October 27th-29th, 2017.
- Brazil: The Top 2 teams will qualify to compete at a regional LAN at MAX5 Arena in São Paulo, Brazil on November 11th, 2017.
- LatAm: The Top 2 teams will qualify to compete at a regional LAN at Cvilar Auditorium in Bogotá, Colombia on November 18th, 2017.
Qualifying out of Phase 3
- North America: The Top 2 teams will qualify to compete at our regional LAN at the Hi-Rez Esports Arena on November 17-19th, 2017.
- Europe: The Top 2 teams will qualify to compete at our regional LAN at the Hi-Rez Esports Arena on November 17-19th, 2017.
The path to HRX starts very soon with the first tournaments in Phase 2 beginning with CIS and Brazil on August 27th.
