AsiaPOP Comicon Manila 2017 has released the 1st wave of confirmed personalities for the event. The first wave of the confirmed personalities are mostly artists and prominent cosplayers which are:

- Artgerm
- Jason Freeny
- Quiccs
- Simone Legno
- Haiden Hazard
- Jin (BehindInfinity)
- Pion Kim
- Philip Odango
Also, APCC 2017 welcomes back the portfolio review they have done last year with C.B. Cebulski so that aspiring artists can have their artwork reviewed.
