Ubisoft announced that Anno 1800 is releasing its second DLC, Botanica, on PC. In addition, the day and night cycle free update is releasing today for all Anno 1800 players.

Botanica brings an additional cultural building project, the botanical gardens. Add a little bit of color, and nature to your thriving metropolis. Botanica includes various sets of flora from around the world that can be used in the decorative garden modules. Additional ornaments have also been added to the game for Anno players who want to live out their inner expressionist.

The Botanica DLC includes:

  • over 21 unique botanical modules
  • one glasshouse module
  • 11 new ornaments such as flower beds and topiaries , which are usable with all cultural buildings.
  • New sets of plants have been added for the botanical garden with a total of 59 plants items.
  • Musical Pavilion

In order to play Botanica though, players must reach the 4th Civilization Level.
