The weekend of November 15th and 16th exploded with action and excitement as the Predator League Philippine Finals took place at SM North EDSA, Quezon City. Following two days of intense competition, five elite teams successfully secured their spots to represent the Philippines at the Asia Pacific Predator League 2026 Grand Finals in India this coming January! These champions will now travel to duke it out against the region’s top teams.
Dota 2 Champions Stun the Crowd
The Dota 2 battlefield saw an immediate stunner on Day 1 (November 15th). Kukuys unexpectedly defeated the defending champion Execration with a tight 3-2 victory to claim the Dota 2 title in the Predator League Philippine Finals.
Kukuys claimed the coveted Predator Shield and a massive ₱200,000 share of the ₱1.2-million prize pot. More importantly, they secured their ticket to the Grand Finals in India. Execration, the runners-up, also earned a spot to represent the Philippines in India, taking home ₱120,000. Furthermore, Team Nemesis joined the qualifying roster after beating Interactive Philippines, securing ₱50,000.
VALORANT and League of Legends Victories

The VALORANT battle took center stage on Day 2 of the finals. Oasis Gaming prevailed against Xipto Esports, taking home the Predator Shield and ₱200,000. Both Oasis Gaming and Xipto Esports secured their spots in the Asia Pacific Predator League 2026 Grand Finals, with Xipto Esports earning ₱120,000.

Meanwhile, in the League of Legends tournament, NAOS Esports successfully clinched the victory over the favorite, West Point Esports-Academy.

Gaming fans turned out in huge numbers to attend the event. Acer Managing Director Sue Ong-Lim spoke during the event, emphasizing Predator’s consistent commitment to supporting the community.

Said Ong-Lim. She detailed the long history of the Asia Pacific Predator League, which started in 2018 with 13 territories across Asia Pacific. The tournament has traveled across Indonesia, Thailand, and Japan, and the Philippines has proudly hosted it twice. Ong-Lim confirmed that after the 2025 tournament in Malaysia, the Predator League will head to India in January 2026.
