Sennheiser seems to be getting back into the consumer sound solutions race as the German brand touched based with media and tech bloggers last Tuesday at Manila House Private Club in BGC.

The audio specialist showcased their latest consumer products such as their wireless music and entertainment neckband headphones such as a the CX 7.00BT (priced at 9,490 PHP), Momentum In-Ear Wireless (priced at 12,590 PHP), and Momentum Free (priced at 12,590 PHP). Aside from the inclusion of the neckband to keep things in check, All three models feature Bluetooth and NFC integration, a three-button remote, and an integrated high quality in-line microphone for making calls and controlling music.

Sennhesier also brought out their other wireless headphones such as the PXC 550 Wireless (priced at 24,190 PHP) and HD 4.50 BTNC (priced at 12,590 PHP) wireless noise cancelling headphone for “active lifestyles on the go“. And of course, the latest Gaming models such as the GSP 300 (priced at 5,990 PHP) PC/console gaming headset and GSX 1200 Pro (priced at 14,990 PHP) gaming audio amplifier will also be introduced to avid Filipino gamers.

The showcase also brought out their exclusive partnership headset with EA Games for Need for Speed Payback, the GSP 303 which will be sold on a limited basis in ESGS 2017.

Revival of the Sennheiser Sound Heroes

Another notable addition to the showcase last Tuesday was the rekindling of the Sennheiser Sound Heroes campaign that started as far back as 2012 here in the country. It’s an Asia focused campaign where they will take local creative personalities and partner with the brand to produce content showcasing the best of what the brand has to offer. The campaign will also have Sennheiser bringing a winner to Sennheiser‘s HQ in Germany and they’ll be accompanied by the Sound Heroes as well. The 3-Million Peso Headphone

Another highlight of the showcase is the HE 1 Headphones which we were given the opportunity to experience and boy was the audio heaven in our ears.  Since I personally am not familiar with the kind of headphones I’ll just put in the description found in it’s official site.

Lastly, Sennheiser is bringing in a new series of microphones for mobile journalism and action cameras with the MKE 2 Elements (priced at 7,629 PHP) a waterproof action microphone for the Go Pro Hero 4 Cameras, the Handmic Digital (priced at 12,019 PHP), a dynamic handheld microphone for interviews and music recording on iOS, Mac, and PC,  made in partnership with Apogee’s analog-to-digital conversion technology; and ClipMic digital (priced at 8,229 PHP), a clip-on microphone for mobile recording with iOS devices. New 3D audio recording devices include the Ambeo VR Mic (priced at 77,889 PHP), a 3D audio recording microphone developed in cooperation with virtual reality (VR) content producers and the audio and VR communities, as well as the Ambeo Smart Headset (PHP 19,990), a compact mobile headset that captures 3D sound for iOS device.
