Oppo Releases Reno4, Special Customer Services

OPPO recently launched the new Reno4, packed with a 48 MP HD quad-camera capable of capturing photos and videos in high definition with features such as the 960 fps AI Slow Motion and the Ultra Steady Video perfect for high-intensity, action-packed moments. It is also powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G supported by 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of ROM for smoother user experience.

Aside from these features, the phone comes with special customer care services to guarantee the best smartphone experience for its users in the new normal.

15% Discount Repair

All Reno4 customers can get 15% off for spare parts replacement under out-of-warranty repair status units at any of the authorized OPPO Service Centers nationwide. 

Door-to-door Service

If the customer cannot visit a physical store, all clients living in Metro Manila can book a door-to-door service from any of the authorized OPPO Service Centers anytime during business hours. To avail of this service, customers must book at least one day ahead and a representative from the Service Center will assist them right at their doorstep.

Priority Repair

Walk-in Reno4 customers will enjoy the priority repair privilege across all authorized Oppo Service Centers nationwide. All they need to do is present the OPPO Reno4 unit along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

One-Hour Flash Fix Program

The Flash Fix service provides customers with a quick smartphone repair and consultation, all under an hour’s duration. The service is free unless the smartphone requires replacement or installation of new internal parts. If the phone remains covered by warranty and the damage is not caused by negligence, it will be repaired and changed for free. Should the service extend beyond the guaranteed time, customers will instantly receive OPPO merchandise through a computer-based freebie roulette game. 

Retailing at ₱18,990, the latest OPPO Reno4 will be available in all concept stores nationwide, dealer partners, and e-commerce partners Shopee and Lazada. It will also be available via Globe Postpaid, free at ThePlan 1499 with free Rock Space EB100 Stereo Earbuds. The subscription also includes a free subscription to Amazon Prime Video for 6 months and iflix VIP for 3 months. Lastly, it will be available at 0% interest for up to 12 months with OPPO‘s official credit card bank partners BPI, Metrobank, PNB, and Citibank. Additionally, it can also be purchased at 0% interest installment with Home Credit for any of the 9-month, 12-month, 15-month, and 18-month installment plans. 

The special Reno4 warranty program available in all authorized OPPO Service Centers. The program gives consumers a special warranty valid for six months upon purchase.
