Capcom has officially released Yasmine in Street Fighter 6 on August 3, 2026, marking her debut as the franchise’s first Filipino martial artist. Available across PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2, Yasmine enters the roster as the first character of the Year 4 Pass.
Her arrival coincides with full-roster battle balance adjustments, new Avatar Arcade content, and a limited-time crossover event with Onimusha.
Master High-Speed Eskrima Combat and Bayani Mode
Yasmine learned the art of Eskrima alongside her brother under their grandfather’s guidance. Wielding a Karambit knife, she utilizes high-speed, acrobatic strikes to chip away at her opponents. Successfully executing her combat techniques activates Bayani Mode, an amped state that enhances her combo extensions and pressure.
Players who own the Year 4 Character Pass or Year 4 Ultimate Pass can access Yasmine immediately. Her Outfit 1 displays her traditional Eskrima combat gear, while Outfit 2 features her school uniform. Players can unlock Outfit 2 through Fighter Coins or by maxing out her Acquisition Gauge in Avatar Arcade Mode.
Experience The Way of the Oni Crossover Event
From August 7 to August 31, 2026, Capcom is hosting The Way of the Oni × The Way of the Fist crossover event. Players logging in during this period receive free Oni EX Colors, intruder visuals, titles, and avatar equipment.
Additionally, the Battle Hub features a complete Onimusha-themed makeover. Players can also participate in the Genma Election contest event to unlock special Phantom Stamps and photo frames.
Attend the Official Yasmine Philippines Launch Event in Makati
To celebrate the first Filipina character, Capcom and Yugen Media are hosting an official community launch event on Sunday, August 9, 2026.

- Activities: Double-elimination tournament, gameplay showcases, giveaways, and cosplayer meet-and-greets featuring NYAATI, YURI, Roji Pelayo, and Rymane Omi.
