Yes! you read it right, the current anime heartthrob of both the Philippines and the internet, Spy x Family has collaborated with Uniqlo‘s UT line coming to the Philippines on June 20, 2022.
Uniqlo‘s UTs feature the distinctive logo and graphics of the Spy x Family Series. Their designs will includ main characters and Loid Forger (code named Twilight), Anya Forger, and Yor Forger (nicknamed Thorn Princess). On top of the main characters as part of the design, Eden Academy’s Stella Star is also part of the released designs.

The designs are pretty tame, considering I wanted a more bombastic look for this collaboration. However, it does fit the whole theme and color palette the anime has of mostly using pastel or light colors for their shirts.
For the uninitiated, Spy x Family, follows a spy who has to “build a family” to execute a mission. Not realizing that the girl he adopts as his daughter is a telepath, and the woman he agrees to be in a marriage with is a skilled assassin.

I’ve personally enjoyed the series myself, though I have to admit, I could not care less for Anya. Still, the series is a fun, wholesome romp and is a must see not just because of the weird premise but if you’re just out for a good time.
