TOYCON NEXUS x POPLIFE Festival 2026 officially announced its return to the SMX Convention Center Manila. Running from June 12 to June 14, 2026. Global Celebrity Roster and Specialized Daily Mainstages
The headline guest anchor for the TOYCON NEXUS x POPLIFE Festival 2026 is the legendary Japanese fine artist Yoshitaka Amano. Internationally revered for creating the defining visual identity and character designs of the Final Fantasy video game franchise. The international guest pavilion also welcomes the iconic Japanese actress Reiko Chiba, globally recognized for her role as Pteraranger in the seminal series Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger. Additional high-profile global personalities making appearances include Korean model and influencer Eunji Pyo, alongside celebrated Filipino cosplay star Alodia Gosiengfiao and award-winning vocalist Jed Madela. The convention schedule splits its main stage operations into four distinct daily headline blocks:
- The June 12 opening slot hosts the Thrilljoy Asia Circus Manila Party. Which serves as the official launch ceremony featuring performer reveals, tech giveaways, and the first physical distribution of the premium Thrilljoy Party Box.
- The June 13 schedule splits time between the nostalgia-centric TanderCon Throwback exhibition and the national finals of the Pop Culture Hiroshima Cosplay championship. Which crowns the ultimate delegate to represent the Philippines abroad.
- The June 14 itinerary concludes the weekend by staging the grand finals of TOYCON COSKON 2026, the country’s premiere open cosplay competition.

Hobbyists will have access to more than 400 specialized exhibitors and retail vendors stocking imported action figures, trading cards, statues, and comic books. The structural layout dedicates significant space to an active Artist Alley and a Toy Designers Zone to uplift local independent artists.
