Vivo Teases Partnership with Another Athletic Body

Vivo is set to release it’s latest partnership today as part of it’s ever extending amount of sports-themed partnerships.

This latest milestone is currently under wraps. So far the brand has partnered with the likes of NBA superstar Stephen Curry, which happened last year and the Vivo V5 Plus. Vivo Philippines on the other hand partnered with the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

A 3×3 basketball event, the competition brought together the biggest basketballs fans in a competitive sporting event that showcased skill, stamina, and grit. The two victors of the tournament represented the country in Guangzhou, China – playing against other competing groups for the ultimate Hoop Battle Champion title.

One of the bigger more European-centric partnerships,As one of the brand’s high-profile partnerships to date, Vivo recently inked a deal with the FIFA World Cup to become the the world’s biggest sporting event’s official smartphone partner – both during its 2018 and 2022 tournaments. The deal, predicted to benefit both parties in bringing footballs fans closer than ever to the world-renowned sport, is a huge win for Vivo as it continues to inch closer to its vision of being one of the world’s overall leaders in the global smartphone market.

So far, Vivo is still playing coy with the partnership. Further details will be released later today.
