Samsung Introduces Galaxy Note 10, 10+ Patty Uy August 8, 2019 Geek Tech, Geeks, Press Release Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. today unveiled the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+, two new premium smartphones that combines elegant design with powerful performance and productivity tools to help users make the most of every moment. The new line is inspired by the New Work Tribe, or those who are not confined to the normal work arrangements and are overly flexible. The new line offers four strengths which the New Work Tribe can benefit from: Purposeful Design For the first time ever, the Galaxy Note 10 comes in two sizes, either 6.3″ or 6.8″ for the Note 10+, the biggest Note display yet. Its edge-to-edge Cinematic Infinity Display is nearly bezel-less, while the in-display cut out for the front camera is small and centered for a balanced design. Both units come with an AMOLED display. HDR10+ certification and Dynamic Tone Mapping. Multi-faceted Productivity The re-designed, uni-body S Pen can instantly convert their handwriting to digital text in Samsung Notes, and export it to a variety of different formats, including Microsoft Word. Users can also now customize notes by shrinking, enlarging, or changing the color of the text. The S Pen also has added “air actions”, which controls certain aspects of the device using gestures. Aside from the S Pen, the DeX for PC makes it easier for users to work between their phone and a PC or a Mac via a compatible USB connection. Pro-grade Camera The Note 10 and 10+ boast of three rear cameras, a 16 MP ultra-wide, a 12 MP wide, and a 12 MP telephoto, all adapting to shooting situations. Aside from image zoom, the phones now also have the ability to zoom sound with its zooming microphone. Photos and videos can also be edited on-the-go either with the live editing or the pre-installed Adobe Rush. Unparalleled Performance The Note 10 has a 3,500 mAh battery while the Note 10+ has 4,300, both with the Wireless PowerShare feature, which enables users to wirelessly recharge their Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Buds, or another Qi-enabled device. They also feature the world’s slimmest vapor chamber cooling system, which delivers optimal performance during mobile gameplay. The PlayGalaxy Link P2P streaming service also lets users pick up where they left off on any PC game and enable them to continue playing on the move with no need for local storage.
