PSBank bagged the Best Launch Strategy Award across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region last June 8, 2018 at the Workplace Transform Southeast Asia held in Singapore. The Bank received the award based on very good adoption rate 4-6 weeks after launch, change management communication, and leadership support.

PSBank also got a permanent and highly select seat in the Customer Advisory Board APAC where the bank has the ability to influence the next phase of Workplace and Workchat.

PSBank launched Workplace by Facebook during the BBG Convention 2017. By July 2017, the Bank rolled out the tool 100% to all officers and staff. They ended 2017 with a 99.5% adoption rate and 94.73% active users, 98% of which use the tool via mobile.

Currently, Workplace by Facebook has proved to be more than just a social media tool – it has now become a part of PSBankers’ everyday work life.
