With it’s Close Beta Period officially kick starting the return of one of the oldest online FPS games in the country, Special Force Online is kicking things up a notch with the introduction of it’s kick-off tournaments happening this Saturday, December 3, 2016.
Titled as Resbak 5v5 Kick-Off Tournament. Special Force Online will be having simultaneous tournaments on four locations in the whole country. 16 teams from Manila, Marikina, Batangas and Cebu will face to face each other in a race to 5 series of matches to take home prizes for as high as 10,000 PHP.
Here’s the rundown of the tournament areas where the matches will happen:
- Manila – Ryza Mae Internet Café, 2nd Floor Unit 315 Ultima Bldg. San Raphael St. corner Legarda Quiapo Manila (Register here)
- Marikina – Raxx Gaming Station, 193 A. Bonifacio St. Tañong Marikina City (Register here)
- Batangas – Shaman King Internet Café, Lawas Road, Batangas City, Batangas (Register here)
- Cebu – Budinz 1 Internet Café, 0152 P & M Bldg., Sanciangko st., Kalubihan, Cebu City. (Register here)

Registration is from November 26, 2016 to December 1, 2016 (11:59PM) only. Participating teams will be announced by December 2, 2016. On December 03, 2016 all registered teams should be at the venue for confirmation at 10AM ~ 11AM. After 11AM an Onsite registration will only be accepted if registered teams will not show up.
Aside from the cash price (10k PHP for the first, 5k PHP for the second and 1k PHP for the third and fourth placers). The area champions will face off in the upcoming Playpark XP event happening on the 17th of December with a cash prize of 25k PHP for the top dog and a 10k PHP cash prize for the 2nd place.
